Generation CrossFitness for Adults

CrossFitness is geared toward adult individuals (18 and over) who want a CrossFit style workout, but don’t necessarily want to participate in heavy lifting. CrossFitness uses dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, rowers, body weight movements and more. No barbells or heavy lifting.  This class is similar to a bootcamp fitness class and includes aspects of strength training and conditioning using our CrossFit methodologies. This class is for those that just want to workout and get a good sweat for weight loss and toning! It is open to all fitness levels.

Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

There are two options for this class:
- 1 month of classes to attend any Generation Cross Fitness for Adult class (you choose the start date).
- 10 Class Pass that expires in 90 days from start date.
